The beautiful spacious room is perfectly cut and with 18 m2 offers enough space to store everything necessary. As seen in the pictures, two large windows always provide the room with sunlight, while in the evening the beautiful sunset can be observed. In the afternoon you can also sunbathe in bed. : Opposite your room is the kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and other practical kitchen utensils (e.g. microwave, etc) and countless spices. The bathroom with large shower, large mirror and small window has been renovated and offers enough space for all. Another highlight is the large balcony, which is shared and especially in the morning invites you to a delicious breakfast at sunshine. There are also parking facilities and a bicycle cellar for bicycles.
Location
The apartment is located on the Damm cruiser before the lock and thus close to the city centre - cozy 10min. by bike. Directly in front of the front door (10sek) is the bus stop Saarstraße (bus 4) - direction HBF/innerstadt, a small bakery - if you need bread - and a table tennis table for a paddle.
As shopping facilities, we have the street high an aldi and a well-equipped beverage market, the road down a net, a rewe, a Rossmann, a Chinese restaurant (which we have never tried before:D ) and a diner bud. The best location is however the direct distance to the canal/bridge Warendorferstr. This is about 5min walk, and is versatile in summer (swimming, beer/wine, chill, grill, walk, etc.) There is also a gym and a Rossmann.
WG life
You would live with Alex (26, Social Work Bachelor) in the future, as well as another person who needs to be re-entered, but still selected,
He wishes a relaxed, sporty, sympathetic WG, which also takes a bit together.
In short: I am currently in the 6th. Semester of the study program Social work, going to train, it may be on the canal in the summer and I have for any ball sports. I would describe myself as a sociable young man with whom you can have good fun.
In the WG it would be cool that if we meet at home that you can play openly for joint activities such as table tennis, walking, chilling, cooking, watching movies, listening to music, drinking wine, celebrating going grilling, walking and more..
Generally, we were a pretty active WG and are also happy when visiting. If someone wants to rest, we always take care of each other.
What am I looking for a person?
Someone who can find himself in the whole and wants to actively shape Wg life.
WG experience is desired. :
