We are looking for a new roommate for our 4-girl WG in a really great apartment.
Here are some information about our home:

Apartment:
The apartment has a total of about 105sqm and is located in the second OG of a house that is inhabited almost exclusively by young people and students - so the atmosphere is loose and pleasant. The apartment was completely renovated before we moved in.
We have a total of 4 bedrooms:
3 of them are equal size, rather small but absolutely sufficient and comfortable. The rooms are on the street side. As the rooms are not so large, we have our wardrobes in the large hall in front of our rooms. The fourth room is a little larger, lies out the back and has direct access to our balcony, which of course everyone is allowed to use.

The entrance and hall are generously cut and offer plenty of space. The kitchen is also large and the perfect place to cook together or just sit together.
There are also two bathrooms, which is great because you can't get in the way in the morning.

Room:
Your future room is one of the smaller in our WG and has about 11sqm. It is not huge, but really comfortable and practical. The size was never a problem for me and by the clever use of the large hall for the wardrobes or commodes remains more room space.
The room is also super bright, which makes it really inviting. A small but fine place to retreat by feeling well quickly.

Situation

The apartment is in an incredible location, it really is not better! In the middle of the city center you have everything right in front of the door: a rewe is just around the corner and numerous shopping facilities are easily accessible on foot. The station is only about 10-15 minutes walk away, which is super practical.

WG life

Our 4-girl WG is super harmonious and relaxed. Everyone here is so nice and we like to meet in the kitchen for a common coffee or just to chat. At the same time, everyone has their freedom and respect for the others.

To us:
- Darina (29): Teaching organic and history. She also likes to play football.
- Eva (25): successfully completed her studies in the summer and now makes an education as a child and adolescent psychotherapist. She is preparing (emotional) for her second half marathon.
-Sophia (19): Studied education. She also plays football.

Other

The room is available from 01.03.25.
The rent is 497.34. There's everything in there, including Wlan.
The deposit is 1,250,00 Euro.

Since I'm moving in with my friend, I'd leave my super-cozy pallet bed in the room. It is in good condition and fits perfectly into the room.

wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere 4er-Mädels-WG in einer wirklich super schönen Wohnung.
Hier ein paar Infos zu unserem Zuhause:

Wohnung:
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 105qm und liegt im 2. OG eines Hauses, das fast ausschließlich aus jungen Leuten und Studenten bewohnt wird - die Atmosphäre ist also locker und angenehm. Die Wohnung wurde vor unserem Einzug komplett renoviert.
Wir haben insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmer:
3 davon sind gleich groß, eher klein aber absolut ausreichend und gemütlich. Die Zimmer liegen zur Straßenseite raus. Da die Zimmer nicht so groß sind, haben wir unsere Kleiderschränke praktisch im großen Flur vor unseren Zimmern stehen. Das vierte Zimmer ist etwas größer, liegt nach hinten raus und hat direkten Zugang zu unserem Balkon, den natürlich alle mitbenutzen dürfen.

Der Eingangsbereich und Flur sind großzügig geschnitten und bieten viel Platz. Die Wohnküche ist ebenfalls groß und der perfekte Ort, um zusammen zu kochen oder einfach gemütlich zusammenzusitzen.
Außerdem gibt es zwei Badezimmer, was super ist, weil man sich morgens nicht in die Quere kommt.

Zimmer:
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist eines der kleineren in unserer WG und hat etwa 11qm. Es ist zwar nicht riesig, aber wirklich gemütlich und praktisch geschnitten. Die Größe war für mich nie ein Problem und durch die clevere Nutzung des großen Flurs für die Kleiderschränke oder Kommoden bleibt im Zimmer mehr Platz.
Außerdem ist das Zimmer super hell, was es richtig einladend macht. Ein kleiner aber feiner Rückzugsort, indem man sich schnell wohl fühlt.

Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in einer unglaublichen Lage, besser gehts wirklich nicht! Mitten in der Innenstadt hast du alles direkt vor der Tür: Ein Rewe ist gleich um die Ecke und zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der Bahnhof ist nur etwa 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, was super praktisch ist.

WG-Leben

In unserer 4er- Mädels WG geht es super harmonisch und entspannt zu. Alle hier sind total lieb, und wir treffen uns gerne mal in der Küche für einen gemeinsamen Kaffee oder einfach zum Quatschen. Gleichzeitig hat jede ihren Freiraum und Respekt für die anderen.

Zu uns:
- Darina (29): Unterrichtet Bio und Geschichte. Zudem spielt sie gerne Fußball.
- Eva (25): Hat im Sommer erfolgreich ihr Studium abgeschlossen und macht jetzt eine Ausbildung zur Kinder- und Jugendlichenpsychotherapeutin. Sie bereitet sich gerade (emotional) für ihren zweiten Halbmarathon vor.
-Sophia (19): Studiert Erziehungswissenschaften. Ansonsten spielt sie ebenfalls gerne Fußball.

Sonstiges

Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01.03.25 verfügbar.
Die Miete liegt bei 497,34. Dort ist alles drin, auch Wlan.
Die Kaution beträgt 1.250,00 Euro.

Da ich mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe, würde ich mein supergemütliches Palettenbett im Zimmer lassen. Es ist in einem guten Zustand und passt perfekt ins Zimmer.
