Ich vermiete mein möbliertes WG-Zimmer unter, während ich im Ausland bin. Das Zimmer ist voll eingerichtet mit Kleiderschrank, Regal, Kommode, Sofa, Bett und Schreibtisch. Es hat einen eigenen Balkon mit Tisch.
Die Küche und das Bad würdest du dir mit einer Mitbewohnerin teilen, die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Wir haben keine eigene Waschmaschine, aber es gibt einen Waschraum mit neuen Waschmaschinen, die man unkompliziert über eine App nutzen kann.
Die WG liegt am Ring und REWE, Aldi, Lidl, dm, eine Apotheke, Bäcker etc sind in <5 min fußläufig erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca 10min in der Innenstadt/Domplatz und ebenfalls in ca 10 min am UKM. Der Leonardocampus und die FH sind in ca 5 erreichbar. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür, man ist also wirklich gut angebunden.
Zusammenwohnen würdest du mit Betty, die gerade ihre Ausbildung als Bürokauffrau abgeschlossen hat und jetzt berufsbegleitend weiter studiert. Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und alles kann, nichts muss.
