You're looking for a car room to rent in a central location? Then you're right here. Since I will make a part of my PJs abroad, I am looking for someone to rent for my room in my beautiful 3er-WG from 15.04.-31.12.2025.
What's your room like?
The room is rectangular and is about 16 m2 in size. The floor in the room is decorated with real wood parquet. I would like to rent the room furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, dresser and shoe cabinet for a small fee).
What else does the WG have to offer?
The balcony is located directly from our kitchen in a quiet location, which we like to use especially in the summer. The relatively new bathroom is right next to the kitchen. In the basement is our WG washing machine and there we have a basement compartment where you can store a second bike as a replacement or for guests.;)

Wie sieht dein Zimmer aus?
Das Zimmer ist rechteckig geschnitten und ungefähr 16 m2 groß. Der Boden im Zimmer ist mit Echtholz-Parkett ausgelegt. Gerne möchte ich das Zimmer möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Kommode und Schuhschrank für einen kleinen Aufpreis) untervermieten.
Was hat die WG sonst noch zu bieten?
Von unserer Küche geht direkt der Balkon in ruhiger Wohnlage ab, den wir besonders im Sommer gerne nutzen. Das relativ neue Bad liegt direkt neben der Küche. Im Keller steht unsere WG-Waschmaschine und dort haben wir noch ein Kellerabteil, wo man super ein zweites Fahrrad als Ersatz oder für Gäste lagern kann. ;)
