ANFRAGESTOPP!!! WG-Zimmer in 4er WG am RHW

A room will be available in our WG from the beginning of April. The room is 16 m2 tall, has access to the balcony (which is also used by the whole WG in summer) and should be furnished (bed [also with mattress], shelf, wardrobe, desk, armchair). In the rent (approx. 350€) are WLAN, electricity and water incl. Since the dedication goes to the Studierendenwerk, you must be registered at the FH or the university. The room is for rent for the first time as a sub-rent until summer, but then there is the possibility to move to Vicky's current room and stay permanently in the WG. The apartment otherwise has a kitchen, a larger bathroom with shower and a small bathroom (only with toilet and sink) and 3 more rooms.
Tivon, Vicky and Simon live in them.
Tivon studies VWL and is a lot with friends next to his studies, otherwise also interested in train connections in the south of Africa, is trying out for cooking and is always happy to have for a WG-Akion or a common dinner. Vicky is the party mouse of this WG. She studies international business with a Latin American focus, dances super nicely and very well and is often on the go in the Jüdefelder during the weekend or on the weekend. In order to regain strength in between, Vicky likes to chill in the WG. Simon recently moved in, studied medicine and has Bock on an active WG life. He has brought a Wii and many new games, so that the common WG finishes never get boring. In addition to studying, Simon likes to try many different sports.
We are therefore by no means a purpose WG, but cultivate an active and harmonious WG life.
But: everything can, nothing has to, and we also have no fixed Wg day! Every one of us, of course, pulls out, especially when exams stand and gets as much rest as necessary.

In unserer WG wird ab Anfang April ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist 16 m² groß, hat einen Zugang zum Balkon (der im Sommer aber gerne auch von der ganzen WG genutzt wird) und sollte möbliert übernommen werden (Bett [auch mit Matratze], Regal, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Sessel). In der Miete (ca. 350€) sind WLAN, Strom und Wasser inkl. Da die Wihnung zum Studierendenwerk gehõrt, musst du an der FH oder der Uni eingeschrieben sein. Das Zimmer ist erstmal als Untermiete bis Sommer zu vermieten, es gibt dann aber die Möglichkeit in Vickys jetziges Zimmer zu ziehen und dauerhaft in der WG zu wohnen. Die Wohnung hat ansonsten noch eine Küche, ein größeres Bad mit Dusche und ein kleines Bad (nur mit Toilette und Waschbecken) und 3 weitere Zimmer.

Tivon studiert VWL und ist neben seinem Studium viel mit Freunden unterwegs, interessiert sich sonst auch für Zugverbindungen im Süden Afrikas, probiert sich am Kochen aus und ist immer gerne für ne WG-Akion oder ein gemeinsames Abendessen zu haben. Vicky ist die Party-Maus dieser WG. Sie studiert International Business mit lateinamerikanischem Schwerpunkt, tanzt super gerne und sehr gut und ist am Sprittwoch oder am Wochenende häufig in der Jüdefelder unterwegs. Um zwischendurch auch wieder Kraft zu tanken, chillt Vicky gerne auch lesend in der WG. Simon ist kürzlich erst eingezogen, studiert Medizin und hat Bock auf ein aktives WG-Leben. Mitgebracht hat er eine Wii und viele neue Spiele, sodass die gemeinsamen WG-Abende nie langweilig werden. Neben dem Studium probiert Simon gerne viele unterschiedliche Sportarten aus.
Wir sind also keineswegs eine Zweck-WG, sondern pflegen ein aktives und harmonisches WG-Leben.
Aber: alles kann, nichts muss und wir haben auch keinen festen Wg-Tag! Jede:r von uns zieht sich natürlich auch mal raus, vor allem, wenn Klausuren anstehen und bekommt so viel Ruhe wie nötig.
