Wir suchen nach einer FLINTA* Person für unsere Haus-WG. (FLINTA*: Frauen, Lesben, Inter, Non-Binäre, Trans, A-Sexuelle Personen).
Wenn du Lust auf eine etwas größere WG hast, in der es viel Lebendigkeit, aber auch Ruhe für dich selbst geben kann, ist das vielleicht die richtige Adresse.
Wir sind 5 FLINTA* Personen. Sind liebe offene Menschen, die linke Werte teilen und Lust auf ein gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben haben. Das gleiche Wünschen wir uns auch für unsere zukünftige Mitbewohni-Person.

Das Haus besteht aus drei Etagen:
1. Stock: 2 Zimmer Sabrins und Giang
2. Etage: mit einem Wohnflur, offenem Kamin, Terrasse, große Küche und geräumiges Wohnzimmer, zwei Bädern und Adriennes Zimmer.
3. Stock: Hier befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer von Lio, Bo, welches frei wird, und Reeda.

The house consists of three floors:
1st Floor: Sabrin’s room and Giang's room.
2nd floor: comes with a living hallway, open fireplace, DIY terrace, big kitchen, and a spacious living room, two bathrooms, and Adrienne’s room.
3rd Floor: hosts three bedrooms for future flatmates, Lio, Bo, whose room will be free, and Reeda.

We are bordering the districts of Berg Fidel, Geist, Duesbergviertel :)
There's a bus stop called Duesbergweg. From there you can get around 7 minutes in the centre by bus or by bike in 15-20 minutes. There is a large Lidl and other supermarkets nearby.
Canal, forest and wide fields are also only a stone's throw away.
Unfortunately, a lot of cars are going on the Hammer road itself, but they are hardly heard in the house, because we live not directly on the street, but in the courtyard.
We border on the mountain Fidel, Geist and Duesbergviertel neighborhoods :)
There is a direct bus stop called Duesbergweg. From there it takes about 7 minutes to get to the city centre by bus or 15-20 minutes by bike. There is a large Lidl supermarket and other supermarkets nearby.
The canal, forest and wide fields are so just a stone's throw away.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of cars on Hammer-Straße itself, but you can hardly hear them in the house as we don't live directly on the street, but in the courtyard.
Wir sind fünf tolle, offene, herzliche und unterschiedliche Menschen.
Uns ist es wichtig, dass alle sich wohl fühlen und das unsere WG ein Safe-Space für alle ist.
Wir haben alle unterschiedliche Interessen, let's talk about it in person :)
Im Haus gibt es ein riesiges Wohnzimmer (mit Kamin), einen Flur (mit noch einem Kamin) den wir oft als Café nutzen und eine große Terrasse. Also haben wir immer viele Möglichkeiten, zusammen abzuhängen, zu quatschen, sich mitzuteilen, Tee und Kaffee zusammenzutrinken.
Sobald jemand eine Initiative für etwas Gemeinschaftliches (Film gucken, Theater spielen, Musik machen, Tanzen, gemeinsam Kochen, Spiele spielen z.B. backgammon......) mitbringt, sind schnell Leute dabei und es können schöne Momente entstehen.
We are five great, open, warm and diverse people.
It's important to us that everyone feels comfortable and that our flat share is a safer space for everyone.
We all have different interests, let's talk about it in person :)
In the house there is a huge living room (with a fireplace), a hallway (with another fireplace) which we often use as a café and a large terrace. So we always have plenty of opportunities to hang out, chat, share, have tea and coffee together.
As soon as someone brings an initiative for something communal (watching a film, playing theatre, making music, dancing, cooking together, playing games e.g. backgammon......), people quickly join in and great moments can arise.
