Die Wohnung in einer schönen Altbauvilla befindet sich in Neuenhagen an der Grenze zu Berlin. Das WG-Zimmer besteht aus einem Vorraum mit einem extra Schlafzimmer/oder begehbarem Kleiderschrank.
Die Wohnung liegt 10 Minuten Fuweg vom S Bahnhof Hoppegaren enfernt. Man fährt dann mit der Bahn ungefähr 20 Minuten bis zum Alexanderplatz.Ein REWE und ein Aldi sind zu Fuß ebenfalls in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Italiener ist auch gleich um die Ecke.
Ich selber bin 27 Jahre alt und Berufsmusiker. Ich bin viel unterwegs in ganz Deutschland, womit du als mein neuer Mitbewohner auch viel Zeit für dich hättest und sehr oft auch die Wohnung komplett für dich alleine hast.
Die Wohnung ist wirklich ausreichend ausgestattet. Es gibt eine große Landhausküche mit Backofen, Kochstelle und einer Spülmaschine. Ausserdem verfügt die Wohnung über eine Eckbadewanne mit Whirpoolfunktion. Alle Räume sind auch vom Mitbewohner mit zu nutzen. Ein Wohnzimmer mit Couch und einem Fernseher ist auch vorhanden.
