ich ziehe aus von meiner WG in Neufahrn ende August, und ich suche jemanden um mein Zimmer zu übernehmen.
Das Zimmer kann entweder ab ende August unbefristet vermietet werden oder nur für ein Monat in September gemietet werden.
Großes und helles Zimmer auf dem 2. OG in einer vollmöblierter Wohnung. Im Zimmer gibt es ein 140x200 Bett, einen bequemen Schreibtisch um zu studieren und einen Schrank für Kleider. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet mit einem Ofen, einer Waschmaschine und einem Geschirrspüler, 2 Kühlschränken, und es gibt 2 Toiletten.
Nebekosten enthalten Wasser, Strom, Heizung und Internet.

I am moving out of my shared apartment in Neufahrn at the end of August, and I am looking for someone to take over my room.
The room can either be rented indefinitely from the end of August or just for one month in September.
It is a large and bright room on the 2nd floor in a fully furnished apartment. The room has a 140x200 bed, a comfortable desk for studying, and a wardrobe for clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a washing machine, and a dishwasher, 2 fridges, and there are 2 toilets. The Nebenkosten include water, electricity, heating and internet.
TUM Garching : 18 Minuten mit 690 Bus
TUM main/city center : 30 Minuten mit S1
Lidl/Rewe/Netto : 15 Minuten zu Fuß, 5 Minuten mit dem Bus (15 minutes walk, 5 minutes bus)
Apotheke 5 Minuten zu Fuß
Wir sind alle Masters oder PhD studenten an der TUM. Wir machen gern Boardgames evenings und kochen manchmal zusammen (1 mal pro Woche würde ich sagen) aber das is kein Pflicht. Wir sprechen meistens Englisch zusammen, da wir alle Internationale Studenten sind.
We are all either Masters or PhD students at the TUM. We enjoy doing boardgame evenings and sometimes we cook together, but it is in no way an obligation to participate. We mostly speek english, since we are all international students.
