Welcome to our modern co-living house in the coal fountain mill – just 2 minutes walk from the Edeka, in the middle of the green and yet perfectly tied. In a few minutes you are on the highway, and by bike you reach the city centre of Neumarkt in about 5 minutes. The surroundings are quiet, modern and ideal for living and working.

The house offers large communal areas, a fully equipped kitchen, modern showers and a cozy terrace to stay. High-speed WiFi is included. All rooms are fully furnished and have a bed (90 cm, 140 cm or 180 cm), a small desk and a wardrobe. Room sizes vary between 8 and 12 m2.

Our colourful home community consists of students, trainees, professional beginners: women, full-time workers and freelance professionals: women – a place with great energy and inspiring people. The Community areas are cleaned twice a week by our cleaning power.

You can move in from a rental period of 3 months – ideal for those who want to stay flexible and yet in good company.

In wenigen Minuten bist du auf der Autobahn, und mit dem Fahrrad erreichst du die Innenstadt von Neumarkt in ca. 5 Minuten. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, modern und ideal zum Wohnen und Arbeiten.

Das Haus bietet große Gemeinschaftsbereiche, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, moderne Duschen sowie eine gemütliche Terrasse zum Verweilen. Highspeed-WLAN ist selbstverständlich inklusive. Alle Zimmer sind komplett möbliert und verfügen über ein Bett (90 cm, 140 cm oder 180 cm), einen kleinen Schreibtisch und einen Schrank. Die Zimmergrößen variieren zwischen 8 und 12 m².

Unsere bunte Hausgemeinschaft besteht aus Studierenden, Azubis, Berufseinsteiger:innen, Vollzeit-Arbeitenden und Freiberufler:innen – ein Ort mit toller Energie und inspirierenden Menschen. Die Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsbereiche erfolgt zweimal pro Woche durch unsere Putzkraft.

Einziehen kannst du ab einer Mietdauer von 3 Monaten – ideal für alle, die flexibel und dennoch in guter Gesellschaft wohnen möchten.
