Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 16,6 Quadratmeter groß, hat einen schönen Parkettboden, ist hell und geräumig.
Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 4 Zimmer (89 Quadratmeter) und zwei Balkone. Die letzte Renovierung fand 2020 statt.
Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum Neumarkts. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés, der Wochenmarkt, Bäcker, Metzger usw. sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Direkt nebenan gibt es einen guten Italiener :)
Momentan wohne ich (Sophia, 32 Jahre) alleine in der Wohnung. Ich komme ursprünglich aus dem Allgäu und bin Lehrerin in Neumarkt. Wenn du gerne ein Feierabendbier trinkst, gemeinsames Kochen und sportliche Aktivitäten dich nicht abschrecken, dann freue ich mich sehr, dich kennenzulernen :)
An einigen Wochenenden zieht es mich immer wieder ins Allgäu, sodass du die Wohnung manchmal auch für dich alleine hättest.
