Ich bin Lidia und ziehe aus der Wg aus.
Wir haben eine Waschmaschine und eine Waschküche im Keller. Im Keller gibt es außerdem einen Platz, an den du dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst. Wir haben diverse Geräte unter anderem die Waschmaschine neu gekauft und ich würde dafür einen Abschlag bekommen.
Du würdest mit Bekky zusammen wohnen, die Mediendesign studiert. Unser Wg- Leben ist harmonisch. Ab und zu begegnet man sich im Wohnzimmer/Küche und quatscht oder verbringt nen Abend miteinander.
Das Zimmer ist circa 16qm groß und wird unmöbliert übergeben. Der Vermieter möchte einen Schufa (request now) Nachweis und eine Bürgschaft bei Studenten. Schreib gerne falls du noch Fragen hast.

Die Wohnung ist 20min vom Düsseldorfer hbf und dem Kölner hbf entfernt. Vom Neusser hbf ist sie 1 Haltestelle mit der U-Bahn entfernt zu der man 3min läuft.

Deine Mitbewohnerin für den Monat ist Rebekka. Sie studiert Mediendesign in Düsseldorf.
Rebekka ist ein super lieber und offener Mensch. Wenn mal Zeit ist sitzen wir abends zusammen und quatschen. Sie respektiert aber auch Grenzen.
