Zum 1.8. wird mein schönes 16 qm WG-Zimmer in Neustadt frei. Wir teilen uns zu zweit unser lichtdurchflutetes Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad (Tageslicht, mit Badewanne) sowie unseren Südbalkon. Die All-in Miete (Warm mit allem, auch Internet und GEZ) beträgt 630€. Zur Wohnung gehören Stauräume auf dem Dachboden und im Keller. Waschküche, Trockenboden und Fahrradkeller teilt sich das Haus.
Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Umgebung. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch Innenstadt und Ostsee sind zu
Fuß oder mit dem Rad schnell erreicht.
Genügend Parkplätze an der Straße gibt es auch.
Wir führen ein entspanntes WG Leben, arbeiten beide und unternehmen ab und an was zusammen. Alles kann, nichts muss.
