Das Zimmer ist ca 20-25qm gross es beinhaltet einen Tv mit WaipuTv es sind netflix, Prime, apple TV mit nurzbar, Schreibtisch, Bett, Regal und eine Kommode, sowie eine absolut Tolle Aussicht!

Wichtig für mich ist Sauberkeit, wenn man hinter sich selbst Sauber macht hat man ansonsten fast nichts im Haushalt zu tun.

Die befristung kann man variabel verlängern oder verkürzen.

Neutraubling ist in direkter Nähe zu Regensburg und per Bus ca 20 min oder Fahrrad 20 min gut zu erreichen, es gibt sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und lässt keine wünsche offen.
Bushalte ist in 4 min zu Fuss erreichbar, direkt hinter dem Haus ist ein See und eine Parkanlage. Egal man aus welchem Fenster man sieht die Aussicht ist Super!

Ich bin 42 Jahre alt Arbeite Vollzeit bei BMW und habe nebenbei noch einen Hausmeister job im Haus.
Es gibt im Haus eigentlich keine Aufgaben, außer hinter sich selbst aufzuräumen! Es ist absolut Sauber bei mir im vergleich zu mancher WG, war selbst schon in ein paar!
Im Haushalt ist alles vorhanden und Hochwertig Ausgestattet! Kraftstation, es folgen noch weitere , eigener Kühlschrank mit Eisfach.
Waschmaschinen mit Trockner ist vorhanden.
Sowie Handtücher und Bettzeug.

Es wäre Sinnvoll Deutsch zu können oder Englisch.
