Hello! This posting is for 1 room in an apartment in 300w 28th street, Chelsea´s district with other 3 persons in their late 20s/30s. Im moving out for a internship opportunity wich is taking me out of the country.
Pat, Caren and Andreas are the three roommate you will be living with. They work full-time in professional jobs in the City and are amazing people.
The room gets a lot of natural sunlight and is rather large. Has a double size bed, chair, desk, big wardrobe, lamp, tv, printer.
The kitchen and living room for share.
Its available from 10th April.
The rent included a parking spot in the back driveway, wich allows you to Park off the street and come and go freely throughout your time living in the apartment.

Chelsea NY is located between Union Square, the Meatpacking District and Greenwich Village. Around you are also the Flatiron District, West Village, Hell`s Kitchen and Midtown.
Getting to Chelsea NY is not a bit difficult. The best way to find the neighborhood is with the subway or if you are in Midtown, you can simply walk to Chelsea. Take one of the subway lines A, C, E or L, just exit at "Eighth Ave 14th St." station. Line 1 leads to "18th St." or "23rd St." Alternatively you can also pick up line 7 to the "Hudson Yard" station.
