Hallo, es wird 1 schönes großes Zimmer mit ca. 24qm in einem Appartment für Studenten der Hochschule Nordhausen oder für Studenten vom Studienkolleg frei. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett (140*200cm) und einem zweiten kleinen Bett (90*200), Matratze, Schrank, Schreibtisch und einem Stuhl. Auf Wunsch aber auch ohne Möblierung! Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und mit Südblick. Die Wohnung verfügt über kostenfreies High Speed WLAN. Weiterhin gibt es in der Wohnung ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und Toilette. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Küche mit Geschirr und Waschmaschine. Die Küche wird mit einer weiteren Wg geteilt. Der Garten im Hof des Hauses kann für Grillparties etc gern benutzt werden. :)
Einzug flexibel möglich.

English: Hi, 1 nice and big furnished room (ca. 24 sqm) in an appartment students of University Nordhausen or Studienkolleg is free. The room is fully furnished with one big Bed (140*200), Matress, Cupboard, Desk and chair. The appartment has free High Speed WI-FI. The appartment has a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. There is also a kitchen with full equipment. You can also use the Garden in the backyard for barbecue with friends. :) Washing machine is in the appartment and FREE! The kitchen will be shared with another shared flat. The room is only for 1 person (or if you want can be also for 2 friends sharing)
Die Hochschule und das Studienkolleg erreicht man in 10 Minuten (ohne Umsteigen !) mit dem Bus, Bushaltestelle ist nur 100m entfernt. Supermarkt LIDL ist nur 5 Minutenentfernt, auch Drogeriegeschäft DM und ein modernes Fitnessstudio (injoy Express). Der Bahnhof Nordhausen mit direkten Verbindungen nach Göttingen, Erfurt oder Halle ist nur ca. 500 m entfernt.

English: The house is very close to Studienkolleg and University - you can go directly by bus in 10 minutes. Supermarket LIDL is only 5 minutes away. Also different stores, like cosmetics, clothing and a modern gym is just around the corner. A bus station you can reach in under 2 minutes which goes to Studienkolleg. Nordhausen Main Station only 500 m away. From there you can go directly by train to the big cities Halle, Erfurt or Göttingen.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 300€ / Monat. Kaution: 300 €. Die Waschmaschine kann kostenfrei benutzt werden und befindet sich in der Wohnung.

English: The rent including all costs is 300€ / Monat. Deposit ist 300€. You can use the washing machine for free. (Some apparment landlords like WBG want 1-2 € / washing which is very costly after a while.). We are happy to answer your question and provide you with more information about the appartmtent.
