1) Das Zimmer ist 18 m² groß, sehr komfortabel und geräumig und mit allen Möbeln ausgestattet, die man braucht. (Zusätzlich hat es ein Schlafsofa)

2) Die Küche und das Badezimmer werden mit zwei anderen Mitgliedern der Wohnung geteilt (insgesamt 3 Mitglieder).

3) Pendeln wird nie ein Problem sein, da es nur 20 m von der U-Bahn „Maffeiplatz“ und nur zwei Haltestellen vom Hauptbahnhof Nürnberg entfernt ist.

4) Die Miete beinhaltet alles inklusive WLAN, Strom und Rundfunksteuer.

5) Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Wäscheständer und Bügeleisen können von allen drei Mitgliedern des Hauses kostenlos genutzt werden.

6) Norma, Tedi und Lidl sind nur 3 bzw. 6 Gehminuten entfernt.

1) The room is 18m^2 which is very comfortable and spacious with all the furnitures one would need. (Additionally it has a convertible sofa)

2) The kitchen and the washroom are shared with two other members of the apartment(Total 3 members).

3) Commuting will never be an issue as it's just 20m away from "Maffeiplatz" u bahn and it's just two stops away from the main station Nürnberg Hauptbanhof.

4) The rent includes everything with the WiFi, electricity and radio taxes.

5) Washing machine, Vacuum cleaner, Drying rack and Iron is free to use by all the three members of the house.

6) Norma, Tedi and Lidl are just 3 and 6 mins walk away.
