Biete Zimmer mit 20 qm für 300 Euro an. Küche wird als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Südstadt. Bis zum HBF läuft man nur 2 Minuten. Die OHM ist auch gleich ums Eck.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt hintern HBF in der Südstadt, das heißt es sind alle Verbindungen gleich vor der Tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kneipen und der Landbierparadies Bierladen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
In der Küche findet das WG-Leben statt, bedingt durch das fehlende Wohnzimmer :) heißt gemeinsames Kochen, gelegentliches Bierchen, Brettspiele oder dummes Gelaber.
Putz plan gibt es keinen, ich denke jeder ist alt genug.
