Hallo ihr Lieben! :)
Da ich bald ausziehe (Ende April 2016), hätten wir – Christiane und ich – ein Zimmer zu vermieten. :)
Hier vorab ein paar allgemeine Infos:
Unsere Altbauwohnung befindet sich in der Südstadt nähe Kopernikusplatz und liegt relativ zentral. Zu Fuß braucht man ca. 15 Min. in die Stadt.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wären U - Bahn Station „Aufseßplatz“ oder Tram Linie 6. Auch gibt es diverse Supermärkte (Rewe, Netto etc. gleich am Aufseßplatz)
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 80 qm groß und hat drei Zimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein separates WC und ein Kellerabteil.
In der Wohnung befindet sich momentan noch eine von uns eingebaute Küche mit normalen Gebrauchsspuren. Dafür hätten wir gerne eine Ablöse von 800€. Enthalten wären bei der Küche eine Siemens Waschmaschine, Hanseatic Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschank, Spülmaschine u. teilweise Geschirr.
Die Zimmer die nun frei werden hätten folgende Maße:
Zimmer 1: 20 qm mit Internet und Nebenkosten 356€
Die Kaution würde jeweils 600€ betragen.
