From 1 January 2025 (or from 1 February 2025) a 14m2 large room (on the floor plan for the photos room 3) in the Humboldtstraße (Nähe Allersbergerstraße) is released in a renovated 3-room apartment of 78m2. The apartment has 2 balconies (one of these two balconies is assigned to this room, the other balcony is a communal balcony with the kitchen), a new fitted kitchen with table and 6 chairs and a new spa, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer and a common room with 3-seat sofa, a coffee table and a TV dresser with communal TV. The room for rent was furnished in mid-December 2017 with new furniture. These include a bed with slatted rust and mattress, a TV compartment with large TV, a desk with a wheelchair and office swivel chair, a three-door wardrobe and a high bookcase. There is a ceiling lamp.

Transport is very good. The tram stop is 200m away (Schweiggerstr.). From here you can drive to Nuremberg Central Station in about 5 minutes. The apartment is therefore very central and yet quiet (one-way street). Shops (Rewe, bakers in the Rewe, butcher) are just 2 minutes' walk away.
We live in the apartment, two other male roommates (26, 33), who are employed or studying. We are very nice and simple. You are very happy to find out more precisely during a personal visit.
Our kitchen is spacious, from a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster and a mixer, to a stove with oven to a large fridge-freezer combination with vegetable and freezer compartments and other useful kitchen utensils. Sufficient pots, dishes, cutlery and other kitchen utensils are available for all residents. For your own food, everyone gets a fridge and freezer to store them there.
There is also a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning utensils as well as a laundry rack (if a garment is not suitable for the dryer).
The apartment also includes a private basement compartment in which bicycles can be hired. There is also an additional Community bicycle cellar.
By the way, you do not have to sip snow, nor care for outdoor facilities or clean the staircase. This is taken over by the house administration.
We would like to welcome a friendly roommate.
Internet is available with 100mbit. A fast line is also inside :).
The rent includes the additional costs for electricity, gas, water, waste water, heating, cable TV, garbage collection, road cleaning, residential building insurance, housekeeping, house cleaning, outdoor care, precipitation water fee, fireplace changer and the ground tax. Only broadcasting, telephone and Internet costs are not included.
Everyone gets his own rental contract with the right to use the common spaces. This has the advantage that no one has to take over the rent of the other rooms, should one room be empty once.
The room is free from commissions for rent.
