The room is partially furnished – the furniture is allowed to stay, but do not have to. Your room, your decision!
Admittedly, the inserate is under "Nürnberg", but actually you are here in the heart of Fürth. And the best thing: from here you are in just 10 minutes in Nuremberg or Erlangen! The apartment is located directly at the main station and not a 5-minute walk from the subway. You like it colorful and alive? In the surrounding area there is everything the heart desires: diverse shopping opportunities, charming pubs and a touch of urban flair. Nature fan? The idyllic meadow grounds and the city park are just a stone's throw away – ideal for a break in the countryside.
With us there are two wonderful personalities who love life as much as art: - roommate*in number one is a lovable free spirit, something chaotic, but always for exciting conversations. - Roommate number two is 23 years old, lives vegan, is often on the go on cultural events and is passionate about social policy issues (they/them). We appreciate that together and are fans of shared cooking evenings, inspiring conversations and love guests. At the same time, we respect each person's privacy and always pay attention to a good balance of needs.
The highlight: Our large roof terrace! Perfect for lukewarm summer evenings, creative sessions under the open sky or just to breathe through with a view over the roofs of the city.
