My beloved WG room will be free from 01.03.

Evelyn (24) and Melina (24) would be your new roommates. Evelyn has just started her master at Ohm and Melina makes an education a foreign language correspondent.

The room has 19 sqm.
If there is interest, please imagine a few sentences and we invite you to know!☺️

We are located in Gostenhof near the subway stop Rothenburgerstraße.
There is also the S-Bahn. Gostenhof stop is also within a few minutes walking distance.
In the immediate vicinity you will find Lidl, Norma and various bars and restaurants in Gostenhof.

We have a relaxed living together. Everyone is doing their thing with us, and we also like to change when cooking or occasionally sit together in the living room.
The WG is usually quite quiet, especially on working days in the evening.

All additional costs are included in the rent.
There is also a basement compartment and a basement for bicycles in the courtyard.

The room is rented unfurnished and I would like to leave my wardrobe (PAX cabinet) in the room. We will certainly agree on the detachments.
We've been making some small purchases lately, for which I would ask for another 60€. (Fridge and kitchen rack)
