Das Zimmer hat eine Fläche von 18m2 und ist das größte Zimmer in der Wohnung.
Dazu gehört noch ein Balkon, was ca. 4m2 groß ist. Es darf NUR auf dem Balkon geraucht werden.
Die Toilette ist separiert vom Badezimmer und daher getrennt genutzt werden.
Es kommt in den nächsten Wochen noch eine Küche hinzu.
Der Stadtteil Höfen ist im Westen vom Nürnberg und von dort kommt man sehr schnell auf die Südwesttargente schnell auf die Autobahnen.
In 2 Minuten Fußweg liegt eine Bushalte stelle, womit man in 13 Minuten zur U-Bahn (U3 Station Gustav-Adolf-Straße) kommt. Bis Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof sind es 30 Minuten mit den ÖPNV und TH Nürnberg sind es 35 Minuten.
Es ist eine WG-Neugründung.
Gezielt sind junge Auszubildende, Studentinnen oder Arbeitende im Alter bis zu 30 Jahren.
Es kommt immer auf die Mitbewohnerinnen an, wie sich das Zusammenleben gestalten.
Ungern aber wäre eine Party-WG weil der Eigentümer gegenüber drunter wohnt.
Für gesellige Abende mit nicht allzu lauter Musik spricht nichts dagegen. :)
