Wer kennt es nicht? Die Wohnungslage in Nürnberg ist leider nicht so rosig, wie man es gerne hätte. Aus diesem Grund ist es mir immer noch nicht gelungen, ein geeignetes WG-Zimmer zu finden. Steckst du gerade auch in dieser Lage?

Ich möchte eine WG neugründen, dabei gelten für mich folgende Kriterien:
-Möglichst zentrale Lage
-Eine Warmmiete, die die 300 Euro nicht allzu weit übersteigt
(pro Person versteht sich)
Bei der Anzahl an Mitbewohnern kann man durchaus noch etwas ändern. 3-4 Leute wären auch in Ordnung!
In diesem Sinne hoffe ich auf ein paar Nachrichten wenigstens ;)
