Ich bin Jason, 30 Jahre alt, wohne seit 10 Jahren in WGs und das auch bald in Nürnberg, wo ich eine neue Arbeit habe. Jetzt suche ich hier eine nette WG, aber ich bin nicht der einzige.
Aber ich habe keine Lust mehr, mich mit mit 40 anderen um ein Zimmer zu bewerben, und werde selbst eine gründen. Ich habe in der nächsten Woche drei Besichtigungstermine für vielversprechende Wohnungen. Jetzt suche ich noch interessierte für eine WG-Neugründung.
Die Kosten laufen in etwas auf das hinaus, was ich hier geschrieben habe, eher wird es etwas günstiger. Ich habe auch eine Waschmaschine und eine fast vollständige Kücheneinrichtung.
Wer sich rechtzeitig meldet, kann sich die Wohnungen anschauen und hat auch ein Mitspracherecht. Mir ist jeder willkommen, ob groß oder klein, ob alt oder jung. Als erstes würde ich jetzt mal ein Treffen in einem Cafe in der Stadt zum kennen lernen vorschlagen.
