As I extend for a semester abroad, I would like to rent my WG room

rent. The room has 20sqm, a balcony and is located on the sunny side :)
It is furnished, including bed.
The location is top.
You get to TH or FAU in under 5min by bike. Everything you need is close. Supermarket, dining options or gym. The apartment is located at the Maxtorgraben and you run to the Ubahn Station Rathenauplatz 5min. The old town is also within walking distance. For summer, the Wöhrder meadow is also not far 😉
Your roommates are Philip and Luis.
Philip (20) studies International Business at FAU. He's an open-minded roommate and for everything. He likes sports, whether gym, football or skiing.
Luis (22) studies at FAU Management in the Master. He is a quiet and relaxed roommate, with whom you can talk well or do one or other. He is also very enthusiastic about film and football.
