we are looking for a new roommate or a new roommate from 01.03.
The apartment is located approximately between Rathenauplatz and Maxfeld. Both Ubahn stations are also within walking distance in about 5 minutes, making the apartment super connected. The FAU can also be reached in a few minutes by foot.
From March onwards, our two roommates move out, which is why we are looking for new people 🤗
For a room we have already found a post-rental (Angelina), who has already written a few words about herself further down below, and if she has time too, if you are interested in getting to know us and the apartment!

Hi, I'm studying Social Work in Nuremberg in the 7th semester and living in the WG for about half a year.
In my spare time I like to do a lot of sports and have a lot of fun :)
I also like playing piano.
I would generally describe myself as very open and communicative and always have the pleasure of getting in touch with people. Accordingly, I am also happy to travel with friends in my spare time.
David:
I'm 25 years old and working in Nuremberg as a painter.
In my spare time I often ride with my bike, and I also like to bake.
Angelina (22):
At the moment I'm still studying primary school, but from the end of the semester I'm writing my exams, so I'll be finished with it soon. After that, I presumably intend to study German again as a second language as an extension :)
In my spare time, I like to meet people who make me smile. We are happy to combine with creative activities, games/cooked evenings, in the café or on trips. I also often go to the potter and I'm in a dance club. But if I'm for myself, I like to see a series or read a book, but I'm also ready to learn something new again 🌞
I will only move to the WG until April, so we are both “the two new ones”;)
Our living together:
The mood in our WG has always been very communal and harmonious, we would also like to maintain this with the new "occupation".
In our large kitchen with dining area and sofa we meet very regularly and chill, chat or play and cook together. We have also watched various films and 7 vs Wild together here :)
Our apartment is equipped with all important appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator and freezer
We also have access to a basement compartment (in which we also hang laundry) and a bicycle cellar where your bike can be stored well protected at any time of year. Otherwise, you can easily turn off the wheels in the backyard.
The rent is a flat-rate rental of 419,-€ monthly. Included are the additional costs including heating costs. For electricity, GEZ and internet, there are also about 40€ per person per month.
Income certificates, Schufa (request now) -Auskunft, or rent guarantee (e.g. parents) are required for rental.
