Hey Guys! Look no further!
The great thing about our new flat is our upcoming new kitchen with new appliances (dishwasher, 2 stoves, 2 big fridges, 2 sets of cupboards) AND LAUNDRY!
We have three UNFURNISHED rooms looking to be filled (2 renovated with laminate) with sizes 12.5m2, and 14.5m2 with prices of 270 and 290 Euros respectively. With furniture (landlord has allotted 500 Euros for you to choose furniture) it will cost an extra +60 Euros a month.
We have EVERYTHING around us including lots of restaurants (L’Osteria is the best!), doctors/dentist, Apotheke, Laundromat, Deutsche Bank, Getrankemarkt, Rewe/Penny Markt, Rennweg U-Bahn, bars, bowling and a BIG PARK!
About you: We are looking for 2 roommates (ages 22-28) who speak ENGLISH, and preferably German because not all of us speak German. But please don't be scared if you don't speak perfect English. We don't bite! If you can read this then you are already on the right track! You should be fun, outgoing, be part of the “family” but also independent, clean and responsible, like to party/drink when necessary and join in on our crazy dance parties. No, no, we are really just fun and happy people.
About us: We are 4 young professionals working for adidas with a mix of Canadians (Rhys, Jackie and Alannah) and Slovakian (Katarina), as well as one German (Ferdi) who is a working student for Siemens. We are awesome, fun people who like to cook together often, party on the weekends either at home amongst ourselves with drinking games and crazy dance parties and random pictures of ridiculousness, or out on the town, but also just relaxed “family” movie nights the night after a big party with popcorn and treats. We definitely work hard and play hard, and you should too!
We will start showing the rooms starting this week for a November 1st move-in, and have an “Open House” this week, followed by separate interviews with potential candidates another day.
