Hallo zusammen :-)
da ich mein Studium an der TH-Nürnberg bald beenden werde, suche ich für mein Zimmer eine Nachfolge ab 01.06.2015.
Ich wohne zusammen mit einer guten Freundin in der WG, die ebenfalls Studentin ist.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock und besteht aus Küche, Bad, Gang, und zwei Schlafzimmern mit jeweils ca 15 qm.
Bei Bedarf können Möbel (Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch, usw.) preisgünstig übernommen werden.
Die Miete beläuft sich insgesamt auf 290€. (incl. Strom, Telefon und Internet)
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral in Maxfeld und liegt zu Fuß ca. 1 Minute von der U-Bahn Station und der Bushaltestelle entfernt.
Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Fahrrad in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man zur Universität keine 5 Minuten und die Technische Hochschule ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Cafés, ein Supermarkt, Waschsalons und der Stadtpark ist auch nicht weit :-)
