The room is small, but it comes with two large windows facing the south so there are lots of sunlight coming into the room especially during summer. The ceiling is also high all around the flat, so there is a loft bed that can be bought for 50€ if you choose to move in! I was able to fit in a love seat, lots of storage cabinets, tv, desk, and still had enough room to workout.
Everything you need (grocery store, barbershop, pharmacy, Der beck) is within 5 minutes walking distance form the flat. Also, U3 Kaulbachplatz station is also a 5 minute walk. You can simply walk or bike to the old city centre in 5-10 minutes, which is very ideal for awesome night life activities.
There are 3 dudes currently who live in this flat. Felix, Padde, and Deante. Padde and Deante are huge, big time skateboarders and they would love to skate with you as well! Felix is very spontaneous, and loves all sorts of sports including football, basketball, spike ball, you name it. All around, everyone has busy lives, but we all do come together once in a while to drink beers together and play some racing games and other fun things!
