A nice furnished 3-room flat in the old town. Located on the ground floor, has a balcony which is perfect for breakfasts during the summer time. The offered room is nice and cosy, there is everything needed for living (bed, closet, table, chair, etc).
The flat has a perfect location on one of the hidden streets in the old town. The transportation connections are very good: it is only a 5 min walk to Metro station Wöhrder Wiese or Rathenau Platz, 5 min walk to Hauptmarkt. Shops, cafes, bars are very close. Supermarkets Norma and Rewe just a few minutes away from the house.
