Wohl eine der schönsten Wohnungen in Nürnberg, so sagen es zumindest alle Besucher, die jemals dort waren.
Die Wohnung hat in ihrer Mitte eine 40qm Küche und alles weitere ist in der Wohnung in ausreichendem Luxus vorhanden.
Bad mit ebenerdiger großer Dusche, zusätzliches WC, 5 Zimmer (1x 35, 3x 25, 1x18 plus die weiteren Flächen wie Flur..), 2 Balkone, Keller...
Johannis ist wohl der schönste Stadtteil in Nürnberg. Die Wohnung liegt 3 min zu Fuß von der Burg entfernt und ist sehr gut und schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Auch die Autobahnen sind recht gut und schnell zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer 10kmh Zone und ist trotz der zentralen Lage äußerst ruhig gelegen.
Da mir die Wohnung allein zu groß ist, suche ich einen oder zwei Mitbewohner, die Lust auf einen toll renovierten Altbau in Johannis haben.
Zum 1. 9. 2015 werden mehrere Zimmer frei.
Je nach Gusto kann eine 2er oder 3er WG gemacht werden. Wichtig ist, dass die Küche auch zum kochen genutzt wird:)
