für den Zeitraum zwischen 20.08.2016 bis ca. 20.09.2016 (oder Ende September) suche ich einen Untermieter für mein Zimmer. Es ist eine 2er-WG und befindet sich in der Helmstraße (St. Johannis). Die Wohnung ist ca 65m² groß und neu renoviert, bestehend aus Bad, WC, Küche, Balkon und den beiden WG-Zimmern. Mein Mitbewohner ist 26 Jahre alt und studiert grade Master in Wirtschaftsinformatik.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß mit hoher Decke und schöner Morgensonne, direkt über den Gang erreichbar. Es ist komplett möbliert (Bett, Ablagetisch, Schreibtisch und Arbeitsstuhl). Kissen, Decke und Bettlaken stehen bereits zur Verfügung. Gerne räume ich den Schreibtisch für Dich.
In der Wohnung gibts auch Wasch- und Spülmaschine.

I am looking for somebody who wants to rent my room between 20.08.2016 until approximately end of September. The flat is shared between my flatmate and myself and located in Helmstraße, St. Johannis, Nuremberg. It is about 65m² and consists of a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, a kitchen, a balcony and the two bedrooms. My flatmate is 26 years old and both of us study Information Systems at FAU.
Your room is approx. 16 sqm and fully furnished with a bed, night table, working table and chair. It has high ceiling and two big windows which let in enough sunshine. Pillows, linens, and blankets are available for use.
The flat is also equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Die Wohnung liegt 4 Gehminuten zur Bushalstestelle Großweidenmühlstraße (Linie 34) entfernt, und Straßenbahn St. Johannis (Linie 6): 6 minuten zu Fuß.
Avia Tankstelle, Rewe, Norma, Rossmann, KIK, Döner, Fruchtladen, Sparkasse und Commerzbank sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Auch viele leckere Restaurants, Kneipe und Tapas Bar gibt es gleich in der Nähe. Zur Pegnitz zum grillen, rumliegen, frisbee spielen oder joggen ist es 5 Minuten gelaufen. Am Friedrich-Ebert-Platz gibts sogar alles was man braucht, Asia Laden, DM, Rewe, Netto und Banken.

The flat is located 4 minutes away from Bus stop Großweidenmühlstraße (Line 34 from/to Plärrer / Friedrich-Ebert-Platz) and 6 minutes away from Tram stop St. Johannis Friedhof (Line 6).
Avia petrol station, Rewe, Norma, Rossmann, KIK, Döner, Fruits shop, Sparkasse und Commerzbank are just around the corner. There are even restaurants and bar just behind the building. The Pegnitz is just a stone throw (around 5 minutes walk) in case you'd like to do jogging, grill or just play frisbee.
Wir suchen nach einem/r respektvollen, netten, offenem Mitbewohner/-in der das Zusammenleben genießt. Deine zukünftige Mitbewohner ist 26 Jahre und studiert an der FAU und macht gerade sein Praktikum. Wir unternehmen gerne in der WG abends auf einen Kaffee oder Bier oder kochen auch mal gemeinsam.

We are looking for a nice, kind and open flatmate to share the living space. Your future temporary flatmate is 26 years old student at FAU and is currently doing his internship. We love to chat in the evening over a cup of coffee (or more :D) or cook dinner together.
