ich ziehe aus und suche einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer. Es ist ein schönes, helles Schlafzimmer mit Laminatboden ca. 17 m2. Die Fenster sind nördlich ausgerichtet.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.
Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel, spätestens zum 01.06. wäre gut.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr guten Lage im schönen Stadtteil St. Johannis.
Du brauchst 2 min zu Rewe, U3 U-Bahnstation Tram 4 (Friedrich Ebert Platz) und 10 min zu Fuß zur Altstadt.
Die Wohnung umfasst 3 Zimmer, Küche und Bad. Leider gibt es kein Wohnzimmer und keine Sitzgelegenheit in der Küche, aber gemeinsame Abende fanden dann einfach in einem von unseren Zimmern statt.
In der WG wohnen Archit und Ariane, die beide ihren Master machen. Archit ist sehr sportbegeistert und hat in den USA seinen Bachelor gemacht. Ariane geht gern zum schwimmen, lernt neue Sprachen und reist gerne, vor allem in Lateinamerika. Das
WG-Leben (obwohl gerade begrenzt) ist sehr nett und entspannt, wenn es sich ergibt, trinken wir gerne ein Feierabendbier oder unternehmen etwas. Auch wenn zwei Studenten hier wohnen, sind Berufstätige genauso willkommen.
Wir suchen jemanden, der länger in der WG bleiben würde.

Hi everyone,
I'm moving out and I'm leaving my room for a rent.
Nice, light bedroon with laminate floor, ca 17m2. Windows are aligned to north.
Room will be rent without furniture.
The flat is in really good location in St. Johannis district.
You need 2 min to Rewe Market, U3 Subway, Tram 4 (Friedrich Ebert Platz) and 10 min walking distance to Old Town.
The apartment has 3 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Unfortunately there is no living room and no seating in the kitchen, but common evenings simply took place in one of our rooms.
Currently in the flat are living two really nice students doing their masters - Archit and Ariane. Archit is enthusiastic about sports and has done his bachlor in the US. Ariane likes to go swimming, to learn new languages and likes to travel, especially in Latin America.
The atmosphere in the flat is very friendly. We like to go together out for a beer or do something outside. Even if only students live in the flat, also someone who is working is welcome.
We are looking for someone who could stay longer in the flat.
