Wir suchen eine queerfriendly FLINTA* Person für mein unmöbeliertes Zimmer im 4. Stock in unserer WG in St.Leonhard. Die Fenster zeigen zur Straße sind aber gut isoliert. Es gibt keine Nachbarn über dem Zimmer und auch die Wohnung nebenan steht vermutlich leer.
Das Zimmer ist Richtung Süden ausgerichtet - morgens strahlt also die Morgensonne durch die Fenster, die insgesamt das große Zimmer sehr hell machen. Dein neuer Rückzugsort ist über das Wohnzimmer erreichbar.
Kein anderes Gebäude ist auf der Höhe der Wohnung, was einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Dächer ermöglicht und auch für Privatsphäre sorgt.
We are looking for a queerfriendly FLINTA* person for my unfurnished room on the 4th floor in our shared flat in St.Leonhard. The windows face the street but are well insulated. There are no neighbors above the room and the apartment next door is probably empty.
The room faces south - so the morning sun shines through the windows, which make the large room very bright overall. Your new retreat is accessible via the living room.
No other building is on the same level as the apartment, which provides a wonderful view of the surrounding rooftops and also ensures privacy.
Die Wohnung ist 2 Minuten von der U-Bahnstation St. Leonhard entfernt. Mit der U2 bist du innerhalb von 10 Minuten beim Hauptbahnhof. Gostenhof ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Kaufland, Netto, Rossmann, Beck und eine Apotheke sind 5 Minuten entfernt.
The apartment is 2 minutes from the St. Leonhard subway station. With the U2 you are at the main station within 10 minutes. Gostenhof can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Kaufland, Netto, Rossmann, Beck and a pharmacy are 5 minutes away.
Wir, Monika und Iman, suchen für die kommenden Monate eine*n Mitbewohner*in, die Interesse an einem entspannten Zusammenleben in unserer WG hat. Auf respektvollen, freundlichen Umgang und Rücksichtnahme legen wir Wert. Wir sind eher ruhig und sehen die WG als Rückzugsort.
Eine gepflegte Wohnung ist uns wichtig und wir führen einen basic Putzplan (der bei Bedarf auch neu aufgeteilt werden kann).
Wir leben vegan, aber das wär für dich natürlich kein muss. Auf dem Balkon kann geraucht werden ;)
Morgens trinken wir sehr gerne zusammen Kaffee und ab und zu machen wir auch einen Filmabend.
Wir beide gehen unseren Interessen und künstl. Arbeit nach, sind aber offen für gemensam Zeit verbringen und Unternehmungen und freuen uns über einen neuen Beitrag zur WG.

We, Monika and Iman, are looking for a flatmate for the coming months who is interested in living together in a relaxed atmosphere in our shared flat. We value respectful, friendly interaction and consideration. We tend to be quiet and see the shared flat as a place of retreat.
A well-kept apartment is important to us and we keep a basic cleaning schedule (which can be redistributed if necessary).
We live vegan, but that wouldn't be a must for you. Smoking is allowed on the balcony ;)
We like to drink coffee together in the morning and occasionally have a movie night.
We both pursue our interests and artistic work, but are open to spending time together and doing things together and look forward to a new contribution to the shared flat.
