Namaste and welcome to our new renovated and completely furnitured apartment, where all the costs are all-inclusive.

You will find everything you need in the apartment, beginning from towels ending with high-speed WiFi. Also the kitchen ist fully equipped from Machines to small spoons.

The rent includes all those things, even like a flat for electricity, heating and Wifi, so you will not have any more hidden costs coming up to you.

There are 7 places in the apartment:
- Room 1: 7m² 400€ for 1 Person
- Room 2: 10m² 450€ for 1 Person
- Room 3: 17 m² 425€ per person for 2 Person (separated beds)
- Romm 4: 17m² 425€ per person for 2 Person (separated beds)
- Room 5: 10m² 450€ for 1 Person

There is also a shared working space with some desks

We can give you a registration form.

The minimum rental time is beginning with 6 month.

The apartment is located in St. Leonhard, a very popular district in Nuremberg.
You have a supermarket and the "St. Leonhard." subway stop right outside the door, which means you can easily reach all places in Nuremberg in just a few minutes, especially the city center with Nuremberg's nightlife, many bars, restaurants and shops, but also all employers.

By starting a new flat, you can shape life in a completely new way and according to your taste.
It is important to us that there is a harmonious atmosphere and that everyone feels comfortable in the flat. Therefore, when selecting applicants, we try to ensure that we believe that you all fit well together.

All rooms are rented out individually, so no one has the stress of being the main tenant.

- Complete equipment, especially bed linen and towels per room for an uncomplicated start
- Comprehensive equipment with everything you need for living (kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, etc.)
