The room is fully furnished with bed, mattress, desk, chair cupboards (a lot of space to store stuff). It has a big window, making the room bright and inviting.

City centre is in walking distance. Tho Aufsessplatz has everything. Rewe, Aldi, DM, Woolworth, Rossmann, Tedi, Netto and much more. Everything is within 500 meter radius.

Everyone here is either working or studying so at the end of the day, when mostly tired, everyone is in their rooms. We still find time to talk to eachother and have fun, and get along well.

440 is total rent. Since this is a sublet, you won't be able to do city registeration.

The kitchen is also fully furnished with everything and has a lot of refrigerator space + cabinets. There's a microwave and an oven too. There's a little dining area too and makes for a great space to hang out. There is one full washroom and one half bathroom in the WG.

There's already a cleaning plan in place and it keeps the WG neat.

Also, there is a possibility of extending the stay but at this point I'm not sure about it. Online viewing can be arranged too.
