Zur Wohnung: Es ist eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit großer Wohnküche, die auch komplett eingerichtet ist. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und Toilette ist separat.
Das freie Zimmer hat ca. 15 qm und das Fenster ist gen Hinterhof, also ziemlich ruhig. Es ist unmoebliert.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof. Zu Fuß läuft man allerhöchstens 5 Minuten, dann ist man am Südausgang vom Bahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle um die Ecke, U-Bahn und Straßenbahn auch und bis zur City (also Lorenzer Kirche) läuft man eine viertel Stunde.
Kaution betraegt 438 Euro.
