Bei uns sind aktuell zwei Zimmer frei.
Abgesehen von der konzilianten Größe der Räume wirkt die Wohnung durch die, von einem Altbau zu erwartenden, hohen Decken sehr geräumig. Besonders glücklich sind wir über unseren riesigen Balkon. Dieser riesige Balkon ist nicht nur riesig, sondern ist auch noch, Trommelwirbel, 4free! Der wurde vor Jahren von einem der Besitzer der Eigentumswohnungen im Haus finanziert, weswegen aus diesem erfreulichen Umstand ein weiterer erfreulicher Umstand resultierte - keine Mieterhöhung!
Da es so etwas wie "Altbaucharme" nicht gibt, hat unsere Wohnung diesen auch nicht. Es ist einfach alles alt. Das trifft aber immerhin nicht auf die Bewohner zu.. quasi ;)
Man kann aber wohl behaupten, dass wir alles recht schick hergerichtet haben(es gibt Pflanzen!).

Wer selber Kochen möchte, hat alle möglichen Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe - was den Nachteil mit sich bringt, dass das Wassergetragen nicht lange genug anhält, um davon etwas Arm Muskulatur aufzubauen - aber gut man kann wohl nicht alles haben! Mit unseren Nachbarn haben wir es auch ganz gut erwischt.
Auch gibt es in der Umgebung einige schicke Bars. Wer sich Abends n bisserl weiterrrr verläuft wird von der Innenstadt ~20-30 Minuten zu Fuß nach Hause brauchen oder eben mit dem Nightliner (wenn sie denn mal wieder fahren) vom Hbf aus. Da die Straße wenig befahren wird, klappt das mit dem Ausschlafnüchtern, zum Glück, auch ganz gut.
