Proximity to Public Transport: It is important that the flat is within walking distance of public transportation, as I will rely on it for my daily commute.
Private Room: I would need a private room within the flatshare to have a personal space.
Budget: My budget is around 250-450 EUR per month.
City Registration: City registration is a must-have for me.
