Hallo zusammen,
in unserer 4er-WG wird ein Zimmer frei und wir suchen ab [01.01]eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer ist 18 m² groß und wird möbliert vermietet. Du musst also keine Möbel mitbringen, sondern kannst direkt einziehen.
Unsere Wohnung liegt in der Innenstadt von Nürnberg(Gleißbühlstraße 90402), mit allem, was man braucht, in der Nähe: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ärzte, Bibliothek, Kino ,der Hauptbahnhof Nürnberg, Fitnessstudio und vieles mehr. Auch die Hochschulen, die TH Nürnberg und die FAU Universität, sind in der Nähe.
Die Miete beträgt 550 € im Monat, inklusive aller Nebenkosten. Die Kaution beträgt 700 €, und es gibt eine Ablöse von 300 € für die vorhandenen Sachen wie Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Staubsauger.
Wir sind eine freundliche und offene WG, die aus vier Personen besteht. Wir bevorzugen Studenten und Berufstätige als neue Mitbewohner. Bitte keine Anfragen von Personen, die Arbeitslosengeld beziehen.

Hello everyone,
A room will be available in our 4-person shared apartment from [01.01]and we are looking for a new roommate. The room is 18 sqm and will be rented furnished. You don’t need to bring any furniture, just move in.
Our apartment is located in downtown Nuremberg(Gleißbühlstraße 90402), with everything you need nearby: shopping, doctors, library, cinema ,Nuremberg main station, gym, and more. The universities, TH Nuremberg and FAU University, are also close by.
The rent is 550 € per month, including all utilities. The deposit is 700 €, and there is a one-time fee of 300 € for the items in the apartment such as the fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner.
We are a friendly and open shared apartment consisting of four people. We prefer students and workers as new roommates. Please, no inquiries from people receiving unemployment benefits.
