We live super close to Friedrich-Ebert-Platz and recently a 24 seven-store has been moved among us :)

For us it is one of the most beautiful districts in Nuremberg, central location, in 10 minutes walk in the old town and to Pegnitz, to the subway, tram and bus, it is only a stone's throw.

Nearby you will find everything you need - shopping (Rewe, Aldi, net, Edeka, Rossmann, DM, The Green Shop, Ebl). There are also some restaurants, pubs and bars nearby. For example, it's just 5 minutes walk to the Shabab!

Wir wohnen super nah am Friedrich-Ebert-Platz und seit kurzem ist unter uns direkt ein 24 Sieben-Shop eingezogen :)

Für uns ist es hier einer der schönsten Stadtteile in Nürnberg, zentrale Lage, in 10 min zu Fuß in der Altstadt und zur Pegnitz, zur U-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Bus ist es jeweils nur ein Katzensprung.

In der Nähe findest du alles was du brauchst - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, Netto, Edeka, Rossmann, DM, Der Grüne Laden, Ebl). In der Nähe sind auch einige Restaurants, Kneipen & Bars vorhanden. Zum Beispiel sind es zum Shabab nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß!

We are a mixed-colored team of full-time employees. But all young and agile 😁
With us, all people are welcome as long as they are correct (no racism/sexism/homophobia etc.) and we understand well!

We do not want to have a purpose WG and are always for a chat, for this the common premises offer. The respective friends and acquaintances of the roommates are also welcome to the WG. Although no one of us is mega pingelig, you should bring a certain standard of cleanliness & order. Hotel Mama is not here 😂


For 3 years Laura (25) has lived in a room on the lower floor. She works in a PR agency and still has a side job at a non-profit organization. She loves to cook and bake (even for the WG) and likes good coffee.
That's why you're always well supplied with banana bread or brownies 🍪

Maximilian (also Maxi or Max) is 26 years old and works at Adidas. He is also a very open and sympathetic type. His hobbies, in addition to sport, are also defeating his mates in FIFA. :D

Andrés (22) has been with us for 1 1/2 years. He would be your direct neighbour, but you can only hear quiet calls;) He is a full-time worker at Puma, likes to be on the go and celebrate. He always supplies us with Tequila when he was back in Mexico. 😊

Our new access is Judith (25), she has been living with us since the beginning of the year 😇 She is probably our sports cannon and always fleissig at cooking. She works full time at an NGO in Fürth, where she always goes with the race bike 🚴 ♀️

Wir sind eine buntgemischte Truppe von Vollzeitbeschäftigten. Aber alle noch jung und agil 😁
Bei uns sind alle Menschen willkommen, solange sie korrekt sind (sprich kein Rassismus/Sexismus/Homophobie etc.) und wir uns gut verstehen!

Wir möchten keine Zweck-WG und sind immer für ein Pläuschchen zu haben, dafür bieten sich die gemeinsamen Räumlichkeiten an. Gerne sind auch die jeweiligen Freunde und Bekannte der Mitbewohner*innen willkommen in der WG. Obwohl niemand von uns mega pingelig ist, solltest du einen gewissen Standard an Sauberkeit & Ordnung mitbringen. Hotel Mama gibts hier nicht 😂


Seit 3 Jahren wohnt Laura (25) in einem Zimmer auf der unteren Etage. Sie arbeitet in einer PR-Agentur und hat noch einen Nebenjob bei einer Non-Profit Organisation. Sie liebt es zu kochen und zu backen (gerne auch für die WG) und mag guten Kaffee.
Deshalb wird man hier immer gut mit Bananenbrot oder Brownies versorgt 🍪

Maximilian (auch Maxi oder Max) ist 26 Jahre alt und arbeitet bei Adidas. Auch er ist ein sehr offener und sympathischer Typ. Seine Hobbies sind neben dem Sport auch das besiegen seiner Kumpels in FIFA. :D

Unser Neuzugang ist Judith (25), sie wohnt seit Anfang des Jahres bei uns 😇 Sie ist wohl unsere Sportskanone und auch immer fleissig am Kochen. Sie arbeitet Vollzeit bei einer NGO in Fürth, wo sie immer mit dem Rennrad hinfährt 🚴‍♀️

Our entire apartment goes over 2 floors and is divided as follows:

- 1 kitchen with kitchen island, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 refrigerators and adjoining large balcony
- 2 bathrooms, one on each floor (2 toilets, 2 showers, 1 dryer & 1 bathtub)
- 5 inhabitants room (2 on the 3rd floor & 3 on the 4th floor)
- 1 small dining room
- 1 long hallway
- 1 heating room / storage room

Unsere gesamte Wohnung geht über 2 Etagen und teilt sich wie folgt auf:

- 1 Küche mit Kücheninsel, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, 2 Kühlschränken und angrenzendem großen Balkon
- 2 Bäder, eins auf jeder Etage (2 Toiletten, 2 Duschen, 1 Trockner & 1 Badewanne)
- 5 Bewohner*innen Zimmer (2 im 3. Stock & 3 im 4. Stock)
- 1 kleines Esszimmer
- 1 langer Flur
- 1 Heizungsraum / Abstellraum
