Dein zukünftiges Zimmer geht nach Süden und ist schön hell. Möbel sind praktischerweise schon drin und durch den Holzfußboden ist es richtig gemütlich.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Badezimmer (1 Bad mit Dusche und 1 Bad mit Badewanne) und
eine Küche, in der alles vorhanden ist, um was Gutes zu kochen :)
Außerdem haben wir ein kleines Wohn-/Esszimmer mit mini Balkon zum gemeinsamen Sitzen und Quatschen. Rahel hat geplant, dieses Frühjahr mal wieder den Balkon zu bepflanzen (du kannst gerne mitmachen!) und falls du ein Mensch mit viel kreativer Energie bist... das Wohnzimmer und allgemein die Wohnung haben definitiv auch noch Verschönerungspotential :D

Your future room is ready-furnished. Facing south and having a wooden floor it's bright and feels really cozy.
The apartment has two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub) and a kitchen that has everything necessary for cooking a nice meal :)
In addition we have a small living room with a miniature balkony for hanging out together. Rahel has planned to put some new plants on the balkony this spring (you're welcome to join!) and if you are a person with lots of creative energy... feel free: The living room and the apartment in general do definitely have makeover potential :D
Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage - ruhig und gleich um die Ecke von Whörder See und Whörder Wiese.
- Mit Straßenbahn (8, Stresemannplatz), Bus (36, Bauvereinstraße) und U-Bahn (U2/U3, Rathenauplatz) sind die Öffis aber auch innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hauptbahnhof und Fußgängerzone/Altstadt sind auch nicht zu weit weg.
- Um die Ecke befinden sich zwei Bäckereien, Edeka, Rossman, Norma und ein ebl. Am Rathenauplatz gibt es auch noch Rewe, Penny und Dm.

The apartment is in a very good location - it is quiet and close to the lake/park (Whörder See/Wiese).
- At the same time public transportation (tram 8, bus 36, subway U2/U3) are within walking distance (ca. 10 min.). The main train station of Nuremberg and the pedestrian area/old town aren't too far away as well.
- Just around the corner there are two bakeries, several supermarkets and drugstores.

Wir sind eine offene, rücksichtsvolle und entspannte WG. Im Alltag sind wir durch Arbeit, Ausbildung usw. oft sehr busy, unterhalten uns aber trotzdem gerne mal länger bei einer Tasse Tee, versorgen die anderen hin und wieder beim Kochen mit und waren auch schon mal zusammen in der Stadt oder um den Whörder See spazieren.
Wir suchen nach einer neuen Mitbewohnerin, die gesellig ist, aber auch ein friedliches und respektvolles Miteinander schätzt. Dazu gehört auch, hinter sich sauber zu machen, offene Kommunikation und verlässlich sein (wir haben einen Putzplan :)
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind:
Rahel (28): Ich bin Sozialarbeiterin und arbeite in der Flüchtlingsberatung. Ich interessiere mich für Fremdsprachen und gesellschaftspolitische Themen, mag Pflanzen (im Frühling soll dieses Jahr was auf den Balkon <3), Gitarre spielen, Puzzleabende und Klettern.
Laura (21): I’m originally from Bilbao, Spain. I’m currently studying Marketing and Business while working full-time as an intern. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends, staying active at the gym, reading, and getting creative with painting.
Sarah (24): After completing my studies, I am now working as a sales engineer.
During my free time, I like to watch football, do outdoor activities like cycling, hiking or even going to the gym. Chill evenings are also nice, as I enjoy watching movies/shows, cooking, play boardgames or meet with friends.

We are an open-minded, considerate and easygoing kind of WG. In everyday life we are pretty busy with work, internship etc. – but we still like to chat over a cup of tea, share a cooked meal from time to time and we’ve gone to the city center or for a walk around the lake together as well.
We’re looking for someone who’s sociable, but also appreciates a peaceful and respectful home. That includes cleaning after yourself, open communication and being reliable (we do have a cleaning plan :)
