The room is located in the 1st floor of a beautiful old building, about 16m2 and has windows to the street side. The room is rectangular and therefore offers enough space. If you are interested, one or other piece of furniture could be taken over, but we are happy to discuss this during the visit.
The apartment has a toilet, kitchen and bathroom, as well as a balcony, which is located on the kitchen, so can be shared by all.
There is a basement compartment and a common bicycle cellar used by all the houses.
(Only) On the balcony can also be smoked. It is especially well suited for relaxation because it is oriented towards the quiet courtyard.
The apartment is located in a quiet side street (less driven) about 3 km. southwest of the center.
The city centre can therefore be easily reached by bike or even easier with the Ubahn (Ubahn stop St. Leonhard 5 min to walk away).
From the WG everything important can be reached on foot. 2 min walk away there is Kaufland, 5 min away there are domestic physicians DM, Aldi, Müller, Rewe, Baumarkt etc.
Free parking is available regularly in front of the front door or in the vicinity.
We are not a purpose WG. I would see our WG life as very relaxed, everyone can get involved individually, just as he wants it.
The time and suggestions for common things are always very happy to see for kitchen sink or games.
It is important to us that we also have a good relationship with each other, that things that may disturb one another can also be addressed openly and one takes consideration of one another. At the same time, we are also looking for someone who is open to spending evenings and getting to know each other.
