BITTING THE TEXT/DIE READ!!!! The large cellar room will be free of 320 Euro to January 2025 (all rooms are for interns/WE-Heimfahrer) as well as the 16sqm room 399 Euro and the 15sqm room 390 Euro in the EC to April 2025, the pictures are in display, to the garden pictures.

Sightseeing is welcome. For the cellar rooms, weekend homes are welcome, but not mandatory.

ONLY FOR interns/ ONLY FOR non-smoking!!! Cleanliness and hygiene are important. And good German skills! Visit desired.

For the cellar rooms: best weekend home driver (persons who are NOT in the WG at the WHICH), FOR NON-RAUCHER!!!not suitable as permanent residence, No registration possible! It's just a cellar room!! There the internet reception is not the best, therefore not suitable for home office.

For all other rooms: At the 16sqm/15sqm room in the EC it is not necessary to drive home on weekends.

ideally suited for weekend home drivers who are looking for a cheap accommodation, only suitable for overnight stays, for all those who go home on weekends!!! In the summer months not necessarily required every weekend.

You live in a small detached house, 2 rooms in the EC, 2 in the basement, all rooms are fully furnished, with everything you need, (it is all there... wardrobe, bed, armchair, dresser, desk, safe & sat.TV device) in a detached house, very quiet location!!! The DU / WC as well as the kitchen share with the residents of the house and us, the landlords. The house has a mean. Coin washing machine 2Euro & many extras like ironing board/ironing iron in house Central !! You don't need to bring anything!!

in 3 min to the subway, to bus No. 38 it is 2 min.
Central location: Siemens, Bosch, Datev, Nordklinikum, TÜV Rheinland, Semikron etc.
The city centre is about 13 minutes.

Quiet yet central location to the surrounding companies is a large +
there is a garden with a large Steingrill
Shopping...
from us it is 2min to the bus which is in 3 min at the metro Maximilianstrasse.
here you have shopping opportunities like ALDI , Kaufland, Lidl

Young purpose community with residents from 24 to 30 years, but only for non-smoking
which if everything fits in the garden and make a barbecue dinner also come the residents of the other house and also we are also present (it has always been a nice round and there was always much to report)
There are seats and loungers in the garden (also for relaxing)
Maximilianstrasse here you have shopping opportunities like ALDI, Kaufland, Lidl....
