The room has a size of about 15qm and is equipped with beautiful wooden floor and high ceilings. There is a large window that is super isolated. When the window is closed, nothing can be heard from outside. The cinnamon is rented UNMÖBLIERT.

Then there is the beautiful long corridor, a toilet with sink, a separate bathroom with bathtub and sink, the kitchen and the adjacent balcony. The kitchen is, as in most WGs, the center. There is everything in the apartment, you don't need to bring much. Just the furniture and stuff for your room.

The apartment is located in St.Peter. There are several buses and the S-Bahn stop Dürrenhof. For example, you are super fast at the main station. In a few minutes walk you are at the Wöhrder Lake and at the Wöhrder Wiese. Shops nearby are Rewe, Ebl, Denns and a organic bakery right next door. Parking is like everywhere in town, good luck. If you have a bike, everything is not a problem and easy. For us the situation is optimal.

A few infos about us!

Reen:
I'm 35 and working as a freelance artist. Therefore, I am usually in the studio or studio during the day. However, I also work here and there in the apartment. The WG is a retreat for me and therefore cleanliness and a certain order are very important to me. I'm an early riser and have my wild party years behind me! More if we get to know each other :)

Sarah:
I'm 26, working in the Z-Bau, where I'm usually here. Otherwise, I'll do honorary things for the bridge festival and beer & chicken - I like music and culture :)
So that there's always something to do and the numbers are right, I have another side job in the office. So I'm here and there, but usually work somewhere.
The apartment is my resting place, resting instead of wild WG parties so.

A warm, open and close coexistence is important to us. We live together and are friends, so we also like to do something together:)

We have been feeding vegans for many years and would be happy to have a roommate who is also vegan or at least vegetarian. In general, we want a person who is more firm in life and has a similar rhythm to us (if you can call it rhythm). Our rooms are directly adjacent to each other and the apartment is very bright, respect and respect are therefore very important to us.
