Auf Grund meines Praxissemsters suche ich einen Zwischenmieter für mein WG-Zimmer. Wir sind aktuell 6 Frauen, du würdest dann meinen Platz von März bis September einnehmen.
Das Zimmer ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist ausgestattet mit einem 1,40m großem Bett, Nachttisch, Sitzsack, großem Spiegel, Kleiderschrank, Kleiderständer, Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl und einer Kommode. Ebenso verfügt das Zimmer über einen privaten Balkon, sowie zwei Fenster.
Das Haus hat 3 Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es zwei Zimmer und ein Badezimmer, ebenso im 1.Stock und im 2.Stock.
Zusätzlich gibt es eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Esstisch und kleinem Balkon.

Das Haus befindet sich direkt in Nürtingen, es ist ca. 4min zu Fuß von der Hochschule HfWU entfernt und ca. 10min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Zu Fuß sind ebenso Restaurantes, Supermärkte und Bushaltestation errichbar.
Es sind auch kostenlose Parkplätze in ca. 3 min Entfernung zu Fuß vorhanden.

Es wird eine Frau gesucht, zwischen 18 und 24 Jahren. Du solltest Studentin sein, da wir eine Studenten-WG sind. Ebenso wird bevorzugen wir nicht raucher. Da wir alle deutsch sprechen, suchen wir auch eine deutschsprachige Mitbewohnerin.
