Schönes 16m2 großes Zimmer im Dachgeschoss mit wunderschönem Ausblick über die Stadt und praktischem Stauraum unter der Dachschräge ;)
Preis: 330€ warm (nur Strom und Internet kommt noch dazu)
Die WG liegt in Nürtingen im ruhigen Wohngebiet am Lerchenberg. Bushaltestelle Richtung Innenstadt direkt vor der Tür, aber auch zu Fuß braucht man nur 10-15 Minuten in die Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof. Uni ist in ähnlicher Zeit erreichbar.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Joya (20, studiert Pferdewirtschaft) und Josie (24, berufstätig). Beide sind freundliche und offene Menschen die gerne mal zu einem Flur- oder Küchentalk bereit sind.
Da beide Christinnen sind, wäre eine weitere Christin natürlich herzlich willkommen - ist aber kein Muss.
Generell ist uns einfach ein harmonisches Miteinander und ein respektvoller Umgang wichtig.
Einzug ist eventuell auch schon ein paar Tage früher möglich.
Ein Schreibtisch und ein Stuhl (nicht auf den Fotos) können ggf. übernommen werden.
