22 qm Zimmer in 3 Zimmer insgesamt mit gemeinsame Küche und Toilette in 2. Stock. Das zimmer ist voll möbiliert mit alle mögliche Möbel. Sie müssen gar nicht mitbringen.

Zentral Lage. 1 minuten zu Füß zum Bushaltestelle , 4 Minuten zu Füß zum Osterfeld Süd Bahnhof, 10 Mintuten mit dem Bus zum Oberhausen Hauptbahnhof, Centro ist 2 Haltestelle entfernt & zu Füß 15 Minuten erreichbar. Liddle, Netto, Teddi, Rewe, Postbank und Türkische Geschäfts sind auch ganz nähe. Ruhige Lage.

2 nette Junge, beide sind Student an der Universität, kommt aus Indien und Bangladesch. Ein schreibt gerdae seine Masterarbeit bei Fraunhofer Insititut in Umsicht und andere studuert noch an der Hochschule Rein-Waal in Kamp-Lintfort.
Beide sind sehr nett, freundlich und ruhiger.
