Das Zimmer befindet sich in 8 min Fußweg vom Zeiss Gelände. Und ca. 20 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof. Der nächst gelegene Supermarkt ist ca. 20 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Weiterhin bietet sich die Möglichkeit die Natur am Volkmarsberg durch Wandern oder Fahrradfahren zu genießen.
