Die WG ist grundsätzlich in 2 Hälften eingeteilt. Auf der Seite des Zimmers wohnen nur 2 Leute und jede Hälfte hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Es gibt eine Küche für alle.
Das Zimmer ist 11m², und bietet einen schönen Blick auf einen See. Das Zimmer kommt mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank.
Es gibt die Haltestelle Schloss und Lustheim und man erreicht Garching-Hochbrück und den TUM Campus Garching in 10-20 Minuten. Deshalb ist Lage besonders optimal für Studenten die in Garching an der TUM Studieren.
Die Innenstadt ist aber auch sehr schnell erreichbar mit der S-Bahn.
Die WG ist eher eine Zweck-WG, jedoch trifft man sich immer wieder in der Küche wo man sich gut unterhalten kann.
Es müssen Regeln mit den anderen Bewohnern ausgemacht werden über Putzpläne und allgemein wer, was wie nutzt. Die Mitbewohner sind freundlich und offen für Vorschläge.
